Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Development Studies or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Experience

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the relevant fields and working experience in the supporting women enterprise at community level
• Additional training or professional learning in entrepreneurship development, marketing, enterprise development, market systems, financial literacy or business development would be an advantage.
• Prior experience working with women entrepreneur at rural or urban setting;
• Knowledge and skills in developing training curriculum/modules.
• Experience working closely with entrepreneurs and providing business development support.
• Exposure in dealing with private sector.
• Communication, linkage, networking and negotiation capability with private and public institutions.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
• Skilled in MS Office software.
