Key Responsibilities
Customer Technical Support
- গ্রাহকের Internet সমস্যা গ্রহণ ও দ্রুত সমাধান করা।
- Slow Internet, No Internet, Frequent Disconnection, Packet Loss ইত্যাদি সমস্যা Troubleshooting করা।
- Customer-এর Router/ONU/ONT ও অন্যান্য Network Device চেক করা।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Customer Premises-এ গিয়ে সমস্যা সমাধান করা।
- প্রতিটি Complaint-এর কাজ শেষ হওয়ার পর রিপোর্ট/টিকিট আপডেট করা।
Network & Line Maintenance
- Fiber/UTP/Network Line-এর সমস্যা শনাক্ত ও মেরামত করা।
- Fiber cut, connector সমস্যা, power সমস্যা ইত্যাদি সমাধান করা।
- Network connectivity পরীক্ষা করা।
- প্রয়োজনে নতুন connection installation ও shifting-এ সহায়তা করা।
- Network-এর signal, link এবং connectivity নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করা।
Server & Network Support
- Server ও Network equipment নিয়মিত Monitor করা।
- Server/Network device-এ প্রয়োজনীয় এন্ট্রি, configuration এবং update করা।
- Router, Switch, OLT, ONU/ONT, MikroTik এবং অন্যান্য Network equipment-এর basic configuration ও troubleshooting করা।
- Network outage হলে দ্রুত কারণ শনাক্ত করে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া।
- Senior Engineer/Network Administrator-এর নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী configuration পরিবর্তন করা।
Customer Service
- গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে ভদ্র ও পেশাদার আচরণ করা।
- সমস্যা সমাধানের সময় Customer-কে সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া।
- জরুরি Technical সমস্যা হলে দ্রুত Supervisor/Manager-কে জানানো।
- কোনো Customer Complaint অবহেলা না করা।
