Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 40 years
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in travel agency, tourism, hospitality, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency MS word, MS Excel & accounting software.

Job Summary
Explore Holidays Limited, is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and motivated Sr. Executive – Accounts to join its Accounts & Finance Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, transaction recording, reconciliation ,supporting the department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable tax, VAT and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records including cashbook ,journals, ledgers and financial transactions.
- Maintain petty cash, Verify, review and records cash transactions.
- Prepare vouchers, bill, invoices and payment documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filling of accounts records.
- Assist with VAT, tax and other statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Perform any other accounts related duties assigned by management.
