Education
- Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years

Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in software development.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with database design and management.
- Ability to develop responsive and user-friendly applications.
- Good understanding of software security and data protection.
Preferred Technical Skills
Candidates having experience in the following will be given preference:
- Programming: C#, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue or equivalent.
- Backend: .NET, Node.js, Laravel, Django, or equivalent frameworks.
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or similar.
- API: REST API and third-party API integration.
- Version Control: Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Experience with school/ERP/HR/Accounts Management Software will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications according to organizational requirements.
- Develop and maintain web-based applications and internal management systems.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
- Maintain and improve existing software systems and databases.
- Integrate different systems, APIs, and third-party services when required.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven applications.
- Ensure data security, system reliability, and proper user access control.
- Collaborate with the IT, academic, HR, accounts, and administrative teams to understand software requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to users when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of software, databases, and system processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for organizational needs.
